3. What time scale do you have for full implementation of the MFP?

The wheels of parliament move slowly. Initially the concept of a Ministry for Peace needs to be accepted by a political party and become part of their manifesto for a general election.

4. Can a Ministry for Peace really be achieved?

Quite simply Yes! To quote Frances Hodgson Burnett :

At first people refuse to believe that a strange new thing can be done.
Then they begin to hope it can be done.
Then they see it can be done.
Then it is done and all the world wonders why it was not done centuries ago.
