You are warmly invited to attend this urgently convened ministry for peace
meeting on the Iranian situation. The aim is to improve all our
understandings about what is happening at the level of governments and
to hear informed views about what may or may not happen in the coming
months.
The meeting will be hosted by John McDonnell, MP
The meeting will have two parts:
- Dr.
Elaheh Povey (SOAS), Paul Ingram (British American Security Information
Council (BASIC) (tbc) and Roya Kashefi, ACI London office will speak on
the current situation regarding Iran.
- ministry for peace will outline peace processes that could be used to defuse and resolve this crisis
ministry for peace will also announce a unique citizens peace
initiative to be undertaken in collaboration with the International
People’s Initiative for Departments of Peace RSVP
